Tony Rossi Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential

Terms and Agreements

I understand that Tony Rossi is not licensed or certified by any United States, United Kingdom, or any other governed body.

I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.

I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy

I understand that  I am responsible for creating and implementing my own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results.

I agree that Tony Rossi is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by Tony Rossi Coaching or group coaching, including the #notperfect Family membership.

I understand that coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

I understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.

I agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

Privacy

Tony may use topics discussed on calls and coaching to be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and further coach professional development and/or consultation purposes. I have read this and I agree to this. 
 

The #notperfect Family - Terms and Conditions

I understand that I will be charged monthly unless I cancel on my own.

I understand Tony is an actor with a varying schedule. I agree to participate, given that scheduled coachings and calls are subject to change.

I agree to engage in the monthly coaching program by phone, Zoom, facebook live, and/or whichever platform is used as determined by Tony.

Tony Rossi will be available to by e-mail and via the #notperfect Facebookgroup in between scheduled meetings as defined by Tony.

Cancellation & Lateness Policy (For one-on-one coachings)

I agree that it is my responsibility to notify Tony Rossi  at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call/meeting if the client cannot make the session.

I agree that if I have to cancel due to an acting audition, I will notify Tony Rossi as soon as I learn of the information and will work with Tony to reschedule.

Client will be billed for a missed session if the client does not turn up or reschedule. Coach will wait for 5 minutes, before the Client is noted as not turning up for the session
